Becoming "Famous" Overnight

 The saying goes, "Never meet your heroes". In our case it should have been, never agree to be on Skav's heroes' blog! After our first foray of the season at SwimRun Lake James, we got the call up to the big leagues, The Low Tide Boyz Podcast!

Podcast Debut for the "WaBuffs"

    It was an awesome experience to be on the podcast, but Chris Douglas, the Low Tide Boy unable to successfully execute flipturns, made a big to do about our blog which I (we) haven't really maintained. But, it was an excellent kick in the pants to do better. Now dozens of people are aware of this blog and I fear we could have disappointed our fans with the total lack of content that we know they are dying for. LOL.

    We owe a race report and a training update which we will get to very soon. So much changed from our last post which included some pretty extensive changes to our philosophy and goals, but all in good time...
